Can I return an item?

Yes! We want you to be completely satisfied with your RAWF Apparel purchase. If you've had a change of heart, here's what to do:

  • Condition for Return: Your item must be in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and free of any signs of wear such as makeup, deodorant stains, perfumes, pet hair, or cigarette smell.

Drop off your package at the post office within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please Note:

  • All returns are subject to an inspection. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our standards.
  • We are not responsible for items not purchased from RAWF Apparel but mistakenly returned to us.

Can I exchange an item?

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. However, you have the option to return an item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you're interested in. This way, you can get exactly what you want without the wait.
